Dr. Charles Bonanno is a compassionate and dedicated medical professional with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of his patients. Driven by his passion for helping others, Dr. Bonanno specializes in nephrology medicine and actively engages in research to advance patient care.

Beyond medicine, he enjoys playing basketball and golf, playing the saxophone, and indulging in outdoor activities. With his well-rounded approach and unwavering dedication, Dr. Bonanno strives to make a positive impact on the well-being of his patients and the medical community as a whole.

Yisbell Herrera, APRN, is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with five years of critical care experience. She is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care and believes in taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs, concerns, and goals.

Her experience caring for critically ill patients has reinforced the importance of combining strong clinical knowledge with patience, compassion, and genuine human connection. Yisbell strives to create a comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care.

Patient education is an important part of her approach. She believes that helping patients and their families understand their conditions and treatment options allows them to feel more confident and empowered in making decisions about their health.

Outside of work, Yisbell enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and practicing Pilates. She is grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients and is committed to bringing compassion, clinical expertise, and dedication to every patient she serves.
